Owners
Tree Limin’ Extreme opened in July 2012 after years of hard work and island love from owners Julie and Marc Bryan. This locally owned, family-run business has been welcoming locals and visitors from around the world ever since.
Julie’s adventurous spirit brought her from Minnesota to St. Thomas in 1991, and her passion for exploration has taken her across oceans, through the Mediterranean, and deep into the jungles of Costa Rica, where her first zipline adventure inspired a dream to open her own.
That dream came to life when Julie and Marc discovered the perfect eight-acre rainforest property on St. Peter Mountain. With Marc’s background in architecture and his deep island roots, they built a course that blends adventure, nature, and breathtaking Caribbean views.

Our zipline course was built to the highest standards set by the Association for Challenge Course Technology (ACCT), and as proud ACCT members, we go above and beyond to ensure every ride is as safe as it is exhilarating.
Every aspect of our course is backed up, from the zipline cables and trolleys to the leashes on your harness. We are committed to the highest level of safety, so you can feel confident knowing you are in good hands.
With annual inspections by certified ACCT professionals and ongoing improvements, we maintain the highest standards of safety while you enjoy limin’.
